Office Manager / HR

My name is Patricia Dahn. I am currently on track to getting my BS in Nursing and plan on
furthering my education outside of Minnesota to work on receiving my Masters as well.
I am currently the Office Manager / HR here at Kesma Flame Lily. The position I currently hold
has without a doubt pushed me outside of my comfort zone to opportunities I would have never
thought I would be doing. I face many obstacles , and go through difficulties like everyone else ,
but everyday I am grateful to have that chance to improve and learn from my mistakes or
challenges. I will forever be thankful for this position I was given and the opportunity , there is
something I can always work towards and there’s constantly new opportunities thrown my way
for me to grow and learn each and every day.
